cs Components Co., Ltd, starting from the first-line operation of injection molding. In 2007, he experimented with the model, adjusted the process, and was transferred to production department in 2008. In 2009, he became the quality supervisor. In the company, everyone cordially called him "Lao Zhang". Since entered the factory for 13 years, Zhang has been conscientious, diligent and diligent, and has actively cooperated in completing various tasks. His outstanding performance brought him ‘excellent management’ award 

by the company. He has been deeply admired by colleagues.

Zhang’s daily work is to arrange the production plan, track progress, upper mold, finish statistical report, assist loading and delivery, and coordinate the various production and quality problems. The job of Sankyo is the first one to Lao Zhang, and he has been working for 13 years. It has experienced financial crisis, relocation of factories, and demission of several colleagues. During the financial crisis, some of the colleagues in the company were persuaded to leave, partially to switch their posts. Watching the familiar colleagues leave one by one, Lao Zhang could just fill his own loss with his constant work. After the financial crisis, Lao Zhang contacted his former colleagues immediately. Many of these retired colleagues have already returned to their hometowns. Finally, they still returned to Sankyo under the persuasion of Lao Zhang. The colleagues who were transferred to other positions also returned back to the injection department. At that time, Lao Zhang felt as if he had returned to the days before financial crisis, and he could stand up on the same production line with his colleagues. The MUYE believe that the crisis will always pass, and the MUYE are not willing to leave their partners. The cohesive team is the foundation of MUYE’s development.

In 2008, after the establishment of Sankyo Mold in Hetao, some equipment was transferred to the new factory. At that time, the test and proofing machines were carried out in Hetao Industrial Park, but the Sankyo had new orders. Lao Zhang had to drive customers to Hetao Industrial Park in early morning and back at night. In that winter, it was pretty cold, and the truck couldn’t work on the half way. Even so, Lao Zhang insisted that the MUYE should take the challenge and the order was completed very well. The customer's demand is MUYE's own requirements. It is our mission to constantly exceed the customer's expectations. The MUYE will never lose the trust of customers for us.

In the 13 years since entered the factory, Zhang encountered urgent orders and worked overtime. However, Lao Zhang had no complaints and never shirked. His enthusiasm to work has also infected other employees around the company, making the whole team's atmosphere positive. Lao Zhang regards difficulties as a test and moves forward. This is the spirit of MUYE, and it is a model for a new generation of MUYE.
