After contacted technology research and development gradually, Cui promoted to the present technical director of company, and grew together with the company. He invented products more than a dozen hundreds of models in markets, and participated in writing a dozen patents, making outstanding contribution to the development of company.

The major of Yong Cui in university belongs to the

 category of machinery,while the position when he first entered DMD was just an intern draftsman. He chose here only because his later work was in the direction of design and related to machinery. With the clear goal, Cui takes the dream as the faith; with persistence on the mechanical design, research and development on the product, Cui makes unremitting efforts. In his second year at the company, he began to work on the technology, and in his third year, he was able to develop and design products independently. In 2018, he became the director of the technology department of DMD. Promote excellent people to suitable jobs as soon as possible, and everyone can realize their own value better. The products that have succeeded are not difficult. Only what we haven't done and what we are doing now are the hardest. Someone may wonder why we regard present and future products as the most difficult. Cui explained that it is easy to make mistakes when you are not careful in product development. All the products we are making belong to surgical instruments in the medical industry. For example, ligating clip, titanium ligation clip are embedded into human body. Once problems occur in the process of use, products will likely cause damage to the human body. You must correct attitude. No matter what kind of products, we should treat as the most difficult in the process of research and development. He also noted that every product that ends up on the market has been conceived, developed, and actually measured, validated and refined over many months. Scissors, for example, need to be sharp in the medical industry. Therefore, they chose products with strong adhesion, such as surgical gloves, instead of brittle paper objects. It must be the technical department's rigorous working attitude, high requirements and products that enable DMD to develop rapidly and receive high praise from customers in a few years.
