In April 2010, Tongxia Liu came to Qingdao Sankyo Electronics Components Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of MUYE Group. She started from the first-line operator and was promoted to the quality team leader in 2012. She leads the team of six members to complete the quality inspection and works hard. The reduction of bad products has guaranteed the company's interests.

In the work, Liu follows the process requirements strictly, and implements the safety policy of the company thoroughly. Especially for the quality control, we always do self-test in 

time, and when we find the problems in the production process, we will actively find out the reasons and propose effective solutions. Liu is insightful and able to manage delivery, parts inventory and communication with customers smoothly, ensuring the interests of the company.

Liu stays in the branch of Huangdao of MUYE Group, while some customers must go to Qingdao Liuting Airport for delivery. Every time she loads and delivers products to customers there. No matter how busy she is, she never complains, and gains high praise by colleagues. In the eyes of colleagues, Liu has always been everyone's ‘big sister’. She treats her colleagues with sincerity and enthusiasm. When members get troubles, she always gives recommendation, and communicates actively with colleagues to prevent unnecessary turnover. She said that MUYE Group is a big family of all employees. Mutual help and mutual understanding are the foundations of our big family. While completing her work, she spends time on colleagues to help them solve the problems encountered in production process. Some colleagues are far away from home, at the end of the year, they need to go home in advance. Liu will coordinate their tasks, helping the employees working far from hometown. It is the commitment of the Muye family that we do not care about the personal gains so much, but consider from a collective perspective. MUYE firmly believes that the collective and tacit team can make us face the fierce market competition. Reduce the time of dividing the cake, and make a bigger one for MUYE.
